The mural making went well yesterday, it was great to meet everyone that came along and mingle with some of the other artists that helped adorn the stairwell of the Queen of Hoxton bar in Shoreditch, London. Glug is a great event, well worth going along for the next one when it happens. We’ll pop some better photos of our piece on Flickr next week.

nickbike-550x512

Nick Hand has taken upon himself a task of some proportion. For the  foreseeable future Nick will be riding around the coast of this island we inhabit on his newly acquired and handmade in Bristol Argos bike. His trip will comprise of a great deal of physical pain and meeting and interviewing a myriad of eccentrics and artisans on his way which he will later publish on his site. He’s got a canny sense of humour so you can count on some interesting tales.

You can follow Nicks travels here.

If anyone has any suggestions on who Nick should meet and you have their contact details please send them to his guiding light on the trip Harriet, the link for suggestions is here.

Nick happens to be a big music fan, a lover of the bicycle and a reader of fine books so any interesting folks you can conjure up would be much appreciated.

Thanks to Howies for the heads up. I hope he stops by!

Ian and Nick from Glug have twisted our arm…Ollie and Jack will be tearing it up (doing something creative) on the roof of The Queen of Hoxton next Thursday night. Come and say hello! I might be there too if I can juggle a few things…

…i’d give my right arm for anything of his. Cult status to my mind. Currently at White Walls in San Francisco…I desperately want to go. Hmm…maybe it could coincide with a week of meetings out there…? I wonder!

Yes…we’ve been doing a lot of stuff lately that is slightly different. Something else we can’t really talk about right now but it involves a lot of this.

A couple of quick shots of our complete building wrap for ABC Dbayeh, the largest department store in the Middle East with 32,500 sqm of retail space. Mammoth! Really sets those dumped Air Con units off a treat doesn’t it!

…and the artwork as it should look!
