Apologies to all those expecting to see me talk at Glug last night. It seems that I was ‘missed’. My daughter hasn’t been very well so I had to look after her. It’s not all work, work, work. We had a secret party for Rachel at the beach hut last Thursday afternoon. Those purveyors of all things weather had it wrong once again - they said RAIN but I can assure you…it was SUN!!!

Chris popped in to Bristol City Academy to talk to the kids about the ins and outs of this industry…with A LOT of advice on how to approach jobs and University courses. Preparation. Seems he went down very well!!

We were feeling all Mike Giant and Obey. The weaker of two concepts for something in the US. Both discarded. Thats life!

Urban Industry interviewed James about how he came to be involved with Carhartt, what the brand stands for and a little about the forthcoming Carhartt Heritage collection due for August 2009. James won’t thank me for this…but its a great bit of blurb from a man who certainly knows his stuff.
