We mentioned this earlier but we’re nearly done with our dolls for the Magma & Pocko Russian Doll Exhibition at Magma Clerkenwell. Thought we’d show you!
Magma and Pocko have asked a number of artists and illustrators to paint, draw, spray, print, collage, stitch, sculpt, gnaw… or otherwise customise a 7-part blank Russian doll. The result will be premiered at Magma Clerkenwell on the 19th of September and stay up for a month after that. The Russian dolls will then be sold for charity at an auction. More information here.
